TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting our website and purchasing our digital assets (STL bundles, Lychee scenes, PDFs, and 3D printable meshes), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or access our files.

2. Personal Use License

All digital files purchased from GrimForge Studio (GreaatSTL) are granted under a **non-exclusive, personal use only license**. This means:

• You may 3D print as many physical copies of the models as you want for personal gaming, hobby painting, or gifts.
• You may adjust scaling, slice components, or digitally kitbash the models strictly for personal gaming use.
• You **CANNOT** resell, share, lease, gift, upload, sub-license, or redistribute our digital STL files or download links on any platform, forum, drive, or file-sharing site.
• You **CANNOT** sell, rent, cast, or distribute physical printed versions of our models unless you hold an active Commercial License from our merchant tiers.

3. Commercial Merchant Licensing

Commercial rights to sell physical 3D prints of our meshes are granted solely via specific, written authorization or active monthly merchant subscription channels. Under a Commercial License, physical sales are permitted, but digital distribution of the STL files remain prohibited.

4. Digital Delivery & Security

Purchased files are delivered as dynamic link access tokens. Your download token will expire 48 hours after being provisioned. If you experience an issue or need to reactivate access, you must contact support with your receipt code. We actively monitor IP address locations during download connections. If suspicious bulk locations or link leaks are flagged, your download privileges may be permanently revoked.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All sculpts, names, lore, images, renders, and mesh geometry remains the exclusive intellectual property of GrimForge Studio. GrimForge Studio is an independent brand. Tabletop system names or settings are reference keywords to help wargamers match scales and themes.

6. Limitation of Liability

GrimForge Studio (GreaatSTL) is not liable for any personal injury, equipment damage (such as printer FEP punctures, screen burns, or resin toxicity exposure), or print failures caused by incorrect slicer scaling or exposure settings. Standard safety procedures should always be followed during resin handling.
