REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Products Nature

Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital products (STL file bundles, Lychee scenes, and downloadable meshes), all sales are considered final and non-refundable. Once a download token is generated or the download files link is accessed, we cannot revoke your access to the files.

2. Exceptions & File Damage

While purchases are non-refundable by default, we want to ensure your printing experience is perfect. We will evaluate refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis if:

  • Corrupted Archives: A downloaded archive (.ZIP) is corrupted or contains unreadable models, and our support team cannot provision a working alternate download file within 7 business days.
  • Double Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same bundle twice in a single transaction sequence. In this case, we will gladly refund the duplicated charge.
  • Broken Geometry: A mesh has an irreparable structural error that prevents standard slicer software (Lychee, Chitubox, Bambu Studio) from repairing it, and a patched STL update cannot be generated.

3. How to Request Assistance

If you encounter file extraction issues, missing components, or double charges, please contact our support team. Include your checkout order reference and proof of payment.
