1. Instant Digital Delivery

Because all items in our shop are digital products delivered instantly via internet download, we are generally unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once files have been accessed or downloaded.

2. Defective or Corrupt Files

If you encounter any issues downloading a file, or if a model has a slicing error, please contact us immediately! We want to make sure your print or craft project is successful. We will:

• Re-upload or email the file in another format if compatible.
• Assist you with slicing or printing setup configuration tips.
• Examine and correct any file issues, sending you the updated version.

3. How to Request Support

If you have a problem with your digital purchase, please email us at contact@gstl.shop with:

• Your order number.
• The email address used during purchase.
• A description (and screenshot/photo, if applicable) of the printing or download issue.
